As we’ve worked with potential buyers and owners and discussed requirements at ‘The Meadows’, we realized that having a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) document would be helpful in answering those questions most had.
A three page document has been prepared which addresses:
- Utilities available at each parcel
- Time frame for building and General Building Requirements
- Lighting Requirement or Restrictions
- What is allowed on the Trail System
- What are the restrictions on livestock and pets?
- Specific driveway and parking requirements for each parcel
- Temporary structures
- Restrictions on Recreational Vehicles and Property Fencing
- Homeowners Association Dues and inclusions
- General Easements on individual parcels.
